📅 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is available.
- No signs of wear, tear, or assembly damage.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return
- Request: Email us at Info@kidsstudio.in with your Order ID and product photos.
- Approval: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
- Pickup: Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval.
- Inspection: Product will be checked at our warehouse.
💰 Refunds
- Approval: After successful inspection.
- Timeline: 5–7 business days to original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI.
🔄 Damages & Incorrect Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos of damage and packaging.
- Free replacement will be provided.
