At KidsStudio, we are committed to providing high-quality wooden swings and wooden toys designed for children’s safety and enjoyment. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return After Shipping
Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect

Wrong product delivered
No other return or refund requests will be entertained after dispatch.
2. Return / Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory
-
Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
-
All accessories, parts, manuals, and invoice must be intact
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products once used or installed

Damage due to improper installation, drilling, or handling

Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight/load capacity

Minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, or finish (natural characteristics of wood)

Custom-made or made-to-order products

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers

Accidental damage or normal wear and tear after delivery
4. Installation Disclaimer
KidsStudio is not responsible for:

Incorrect or unsafe installation
-
Use of unauthorized hooks, screws, ceilings, frames, or supports

Any damage or injury caused due to improper installation
We strongly recommend installation by a professional carpenter.
5. Return Request Process
To raise a valid claim:

Email us at info@kidsstudio.in within 48 hours of delivery

Share your Order ID, issue description, and unboxing video/photos

Our team will review your request within 2 business days

If approved, return or replacement instructions will be provided
6. Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Refunds are credited to the original payment method only

Shipping charges, COD charges, and installation costs are non-refundable
7. Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only for manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery

Replacement is subject to stock availability

If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated
8. Natural Wood Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material. Slight differences in:

Color shade
-
Grain pattern
-
Texture or finish
are normal and not considered defects.
9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
